How can I register for the conference?

1. Hit the conference tab
2. Click on "register for conference."
3. Respond to the questions and pay for your ticket!

Question 2

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refunds were given up to two months before the day of the conference and are no longer available. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you must cancel in case of emergency.

How do I join the scientific committee / review abstracts?

Accepted Answer

Applications for the scientific committee are now closed. We would like to thank the volunteers on our scientific committee members for their help with reviewing abstracts.

How do I submit an abstract?

Accepted Answer

Abstract submission is closed as of May 1st. Acceptance notifications were sent out by May 12th.
